Email support@kratic.com. Tell us which app you use and briefly describe the problem. Do not send your password, sign-in codes, payment-card details or health records by email.

Account and data requests

To delete your account in the iOS or Android app, open Profile, then Privacy, then Delete My Account. You can also request deletion or help with access by emailing support@kratic.com. We verify account ownership before deletion.
